Processing precautions

a. Environmental requirements: the processing equipment, especially the die surface and processing environment must be clean.

b. It must be a high-precision die. The die material in contact with the coating surface is recommended to be chrome plated and carefully polished.

c. Adjustment of stamping clearance: Based on the thickness of (base plate + paint film thickness + about 70% protective film thickness).

d. Lubrication and warm processing: applying lubricating oil to the protective film finish of the mold and color plate, and heating the color plate can improve the processing effect of the plate.

Precautions for transportation and handling

In the process of transportation, loading and unloading, if the steel plate is not handled properly, the surface of the steel plate may be scratched, scratched, warped, creased, rusted, reduced gloss and other defects. In order to avoid the above defects, please pay attention to the following matters:

a. Materials shall be transported with special tools, not directly lifted with steel wire rope, and shall be handled with care to prevent the steel plate from touching other sharp and hard objects.

b. During transportation, the steel plates shall be fixed and shall not be stacked over the standard.

c. There may be burrs on the cutting edge of the steel plate, so when taking out the plate, it must not be dragged or pulled to avoid scratching the next steel plate.

d. The surface coating of steel plate is easy to be damaged by sharp objects. It is recommended to use paper pads and other protective articles when moving after processing.

e. Steel plates shall not be directly stacked on the ground, but shall be placed on a flat ground with a special base to avoid plate deformation and warpage.

f. The steel plate shall be placed indoors at normal temperature and shall not be stored in the open air to avoid rust of the steel plate due to water leakage, film softening due to too high temperature and film hardening due to too low temperature. If it needs to be stored outdoors for a short time, the surface of the steel plate shall be covered with rainproof cloth and other protective articles. However, it should not be stored outdoors for a long time.

g. Overlapping stacking shall not exceed two packaging units.
