Features of Aluminized Silicon Products
1. One of the main uses of Aluminized Silicon is to replace galvanized products, so Aluminized Silicon Products and galvanized products have the same mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and plate type control, of which the controllable accuracy range of 0.8mm products is ± 0.02mm.
2. Because the density of aluminum silicon is lower than that of zinc, the weight of coating can be reduced by using Aluminized Silicon instead of galvanized products.

Excellent thermal reflectance
Aluminized Silicon has excellent thermal reflectance. At the temperature below 500 ℃, it has about 80% light reflectance and 95% reflectance under infrared. Therefore, aluminized silicon products can be used as efficient heat insulation barrier or thermal reflector in high-temperature applications to rapidly increase the temperature in the furnace through effective thermal reflection.
Good weldability
Aluminized Silicon product is a kind of steel plate with cold-rolled steel plate as the matrix, continuous hot-dip processing and aluminum silicon alloy as the surface coating. Aluminized Silicon steel plate is as easy to weld as traditional galvanized steel plate.
The coating of Aluminized Silicon steel plate has a higher melting point than that of galvanized steel plate, which is not easy to flow and has a small melting area. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the current as large as that of welding galvanized steel plate. At the same time, there is little harmful smoke during welding, which can effectively protect the environment.
